S. Jakarta Dukcapil Intensifies Door-to-Door Adminduk Services

South Jakarta Population and Civil Administration (Dukcapil) Sub-agency continues to intensify door-to-door population administration (Adminduk) services.

"E nsure that every resident has valid and complete population documents,"

South Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-agency Head, Nurrahman, stated that his party had provided 515 Adminduk services to the public in the simultaneous door-to-door Adminduk service held in all sub-districts on Wednesday (4/9).

Newcomers in E. Jakarta Facilitated with Orderly Population Administration

"This door-to-door service is an effort to bring services closer to the community and ensure that every resident has valid and complete population documents," he explained, Thursday (4/10).

He detailed, the simultaneous services include activating 268 Digital Population Identity (IKD), recording 32 E-ID Cards (KTP-el) for residents approaching 17 years old, as well as printing 23 E-ID cards,  9 Child Identity Cards (KIA), 45 birth certificates, 3 death certificates, assisting 88 consultations, 9 registrations for non-permanent residents, and creating two user data accounts.

"This program shows South Jakarta Government's commitment through Dukcapil Sub-agency to continue innovating in public services. Thus no resident will face difficulty accessing population administration services," he mentioned.

Not only provides direct services, but this event also serves as an opportunity to socilize the importance of orderly population administration.

One of the main focuses of this socialization is to organize the population data according to domicile, to create a valid and accurate database that supports various public policies.

"Education that we carried out aims to raise awareness among the public about the importance of updating and adjusting their population data," he asserted.

Meanwhile, Sinta (34), one of the resident praised the door-to-door service as it made it easier to consult and get services for missing or damaged population documents.

"I hope it can be held regularly like this, so we won't have to travel far to the sub-district office," she said.
